If you’re already signed in:
Open the Vilo App, go to the account section (button found at the bottom of the home page.) Tap on the edit symbol next to your username, under your profile image. On the “my account” page tap the “change password” section. Here you can reset your password, simply enter your old password and your desired new password then hit “ok.”
If you're logged out:
Open the Vilo App, if you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in you can use the “forgot password” feature. It will ask for the email address for your account. Once entered you will receive an email with a verification code. Enter this verification code in the app. You will then be prompted to enter your new password. Once entered you’ll be logged into the App.
