Dec 15, 2021 12:30 PM Pacific Time - Services are almost fully recovered, so you will start to see networks come online, but we have a backlog of data to process. We’ll let you know once the data processing is completed and everything is synced.
Dec 15, 2021 10:30 AM Pacific Time - Although AWS is recovering on their end, we continue to see issues connecting to AWS IoT. This means networks continue to show as offline in the Vilo app, even though routers are functional. We are continuing to investigate alongside AWS, and will continue to update here.

You may have issues accessing the Vilo app and may see Vilo routers as being offline in the app. Internet connectivity is NOT impacted.
