Yes, if you are doing an initial setup with Static IP please follow the setup instructions here.
However, if your Vilo is already set up and you want to change to Static IP you can do so by following the instructions below.
You can configure a static IP in the WAN Settings of the Vilo App:
1. Open the Vilo App
2. From the home page, select the Vilo Network:
3. Click the three dots in the top right corner to access "Settings"
4. Select "Advanced Settings"
5. Select "WAN Settings"
6. From here you can choose "Static IP Access" to configure a static IP
