ISP 1.3.0.40 (August 3, 2023)

Vilo ISP Portal 

New Updates

• Deleted the “Custom ID” column on the Wi-Fi Networks page. 
• Changed the copy from “Signal Strength” to “Transmit Power” on the Wi-Fi Settings page. 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the bug that prevented sub-users from seeing the “Speed Check” feature under Bulk Actions. 

ISP 1.3.0.37 (March 22, 2023)

Vilo ISP Portal 

New Features

• Added ICMP/Ping on the Vilo ISP Portal (supported by Wi-Fi 5 firmware version 5.16.1.19+ and Wi-Fi 6 firmware version 5.17.0.79+).

Bug Fixes

• Updated copy explaining the Remote Configuration feature. 
• Changed the “Channels” to “Channel” under the Wi-Fi setting page. 

ISP 1.3.0.36 (January 13, 2023)

Vilo ISP Portal 

• Modified the column for “Model” to “Wi-Fi Standard” on the Wi-Fi Networks page.
• Added a switch on the Other Settings page for individual Wi-Fi networks to allow an ISP to turn on/off SIP/ALG. 
• The speed test function has been rebuilt to display more accurate speed results on the portal and added the Ookla logo.
• Changed “State” to “State/Province” on the Sign-up page, the Account Settings page, and the Add Subscriber page to allow ISPs outside of the USA to fill out the correct information on the page. 
• Added “GTM – 8:00” to explain the time of the operation on the router. (Including restart time, rescheduled time, etc.) 
• Added the IPv6 address display on the Wi-Fi Networks page, the Vilos page, and the device page for Vilo 6. 
• Added a switch for enabling or disabling Hardware NAT on the Other Settings page for Vilo 6. 

• Added more channels under 5GHz (52, 56,60,64,165) on the Wi-Fi interference page.

• A Speed Check can now be performed with Vilo 6 on the Vilo ISP Portal. 

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug related to an ISP admin account trying to add a sub-user under the same admin e-mail.  A popup message will now inform the user that the account already exists.
• Fixed a bug where Automatic Firmware Upgrade and Schedule a Future Upgrade were not applying updates. 
• Fixed a bug related to the “failed to connect to the server” error in the Vilo ISP Portal.
• Fixed a bug preventing Operation Logs from working correctly.
• Fixed a bug that caused the WPA3 option under Encryption (located under the Wi-Fi Settings page) to disappear for Vilo 6. 
• Fixed a bug that caused the channel width selection of 5 GHz to disappear for Vilo 6.

• The "Separate pre-configured mesh button" is now visible for every ISP admin account

• Fixed bug that certain sub-users could not use the speed test feature on individual network pages
• Fixed bug that displayed "Cloud API Error" when viewing Usage Reports

ISP 1.3.0.33 (September 28, 2022)

• Released a new subscriber management logic, which includes the following features:
  • Custom ID is replaced by Subscriber ID
  • Subscriber ID is now tied to each subscriber
  • ISP users can assign app network management permission to subscribers and ISP sub-users via the ISP Portal
  • ISP users can revoke app network management permission to subscribers and ISP sub-users via the ISP Portal
  • Installer email is displayed
  • Ability to add and modify ISP App Account, Subscriber App Account, Installer, and Subscriber ID information
  • Ability to add and delete subscriber information on the Subscribers page
  • Ability to sort and search by Subscriber ID and Installer

ISP Portal – Wi-Fi Networks 

• Added the Guest Wi-Fi Page for an individual network, which allows ISPs to remotely set up and manage Guest Wi-Fi for a subscriber
• Added the Block, Pause, and Delete buttons on the Devices page for an individual network, which allows ISPs to block, pause, or delete connected devices from a subscriber's network
• Added Model column to differentiate between WiFi 5 and WiFi 6 models

ISP Portal - Vilo Inventory

• Updated "Remote Installation" to "Remote Configuration"
