How do I create a Vilo account?  

If you created an account on Viloliving.com when you purchased your Vilos you can use that same login information to log in to the Vilo app. If you purchased elsewhere or did not create an account, you will need to create one to set up your Vilos. 

Creating an account is quick and easy! When you launch the Vilo app for the first time, click the “Sign Up” link. On the next page titled “Create a Vilo Account”, type in your email address and create a password following the password requirements, then click “Sign Up”. 

Next, you’ll have to verify your email. Go to your email account and get the verification code. Back in the Vilo app, type in the verification code you received in your email. Once verified you will have created your Vilo account. You can now set up your Vilo System.
