Firmware update failed

This might happen if the sub-Vilo is too far away from the main Vilo. Unplug the sub-Vilo and move it next to the main Vilo, power it on, wait until the sub-Vilo shows a solid blue light, then try to update the firmware again.  

If the above step does not fix it, restart your Wi-Fi network, once the network is back online and working, try updating the firmware again.
