My Device Won't Connect to The Closest Vilo

At times devices are connected to a Vilo farther away instead of the one closest to the device. 

To have the device connect to the closest Vilo turn off and on the Wi-Fi settings on the device and reconnect the device to the Vilo network. Or go to the Wi-Fi settings on your phone, forget the Vilo network and then reconnect to the Vilo network, once reconnected your device should be connected to the closest Vilo.
