You can disable your customer’s Wi-Fi by toggling off “Allow internet access” on the Wi-Fi networks page. On the customer’s end, they will still see their device is connected, but won't be able to access internet. If a customer resets their router in an effort to bypass the suspension, they still will not have access to internet.
