How to Perform a Speed Check in the Vilo ISP Portal

You can perform a Speed Check in the Vilo ISP Portal on Vilo 5 or Vilo 6 networks. 

How to perform a Speed Check:

1. From the WiFi Networks page, select View next to the Vilo network you'd like to run a Speed Check on.
2. Go to the Speed Check tab.
3. Click on the “Run speed check” button to perform a Speed Check.
4. Once the test is complete, the results will display.

How to schedule a Speed Check:

1. From the WiFi Networks page, select View next to the Vilo network you want to schedule a Speed Check for. 
2. Go to the Speed Check tab.
3. Click on the “Schedule a Speed Check” button.
4. Toggle the switch to schedule a Speed Check. 
5. You can choose the date and time. However, you will only be able to choose a date 5 days into the future. 
6. Click “OK” to save changes.
7. Once the Speed Check has been run the results will show on the Speed Check Page.
