Can I manage my customers' networks via the Vilo app?

If you want to manage your customers' network using the Vilo app, here are two workarounds: 

  1. Install all customer networks under your ISP or company-specific account, and manage them using the same account on the Vilo app
  2. If you do not want to manage the networks with the same account you install the networks with, you can assign the network to a different company-specific email during the installation process.

We plan to release a Vilo app for ISPs in 2022, which will work in conjunction with the web UI.
