If my customer buys a Vilo router on their own and adds it to their existing network, can we manage and monitor those newly added Vilo routers?

If your customer adds a new Vilo to an existing network that is already managed under your ISP account, then the new Vilo will automatically be added to the ISP account after the customer installs it. This additional Vilo will show up under the Wi-Fi Network page in the ISP platform. 

That being said, if your customer creates a new network with the new Vilo, then this network will not be added or be managed by your ISP account.
