What To Do If a Network Was Assigned to The Wrong Subscriber?

If a network was assigned to the wrong subscriber, you can assign it to a different subscriber from the Wi-Fi Networks page in the Vilo ISP Portal:

  1. Sign in to the Vilo ISP Portal with your ISP account.
  2. On the Wi-Fi Networks page, click the pencil icon next to the Subscriber App Account field for the respective network.
  3. Once the "Assign Subscriber App Account" window opens, you can choose the correct Subscriber. Reminder: The Subscriber has to be created on the Subscribers page first or they will not appear as an option.
